i think you have the wrong translation.
it was "o shining one, son of the morning".
"Lucifer" was a roman word for venus, slapped there by scribes when they translated it into latin vulgate.
It was actually referring to nebuchadnezzar, read the chapter from the beginning.
There is no such being as "Lucifer".
