Way use Wrong words

Now that we have the correct and ancient names of things, why do we continue to call them by wrong names, especially if the right names and words have power and meaning. We still call the land Egypt, we still say Osiris, and Isis, and so on. Having we learned anything since the language was rediscovered? Mystery systems spoke of the "lost" word and how benefitial it would be to reclaim, hell we reclaimed a lost language and still insist on acting as if it were lost.

This comes to mind because I was in a bookstore looking for Greek translations of Ancient Sacred texts from Khmt and a old grey haired lady told me "young man, go back to the source, see what they said about themselves and not what others said of them"
